Changes to Francis Street boat ramp and jetty availability

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise remedial works to the finger jetty at the Francis Street Boat Ramp are scheduled to begin on Thursday 20 March 2025 and will take approximately three weeks to complete.

To ensure community safety during the works, the availability of the boats ramps and jetty will be changed as follows:

FULL CLOSURE: Thursday 20 March to Friday 4 April 2025

TEMPORAY REOPENING: Saturday 5 April and Sunday 6 April 2025

FULL CLOSURE: Monday 7 April to Friday 11 April 2025

Recreational boaters are encouraged to use the Geraldton Marina boat ramps located on Stella Maris Drive during closures.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.

The City appreciates your patience while these works are being completed.
