If you are reporting a pothole on one of the state controlled roads listed below, please use Main Roads WA's online form here

• Brand Highway
• North West Coastal Highway
• Geraldton-Mount Magnet Road (within the Mullewa townsite some sections are known as Gray Street and Maitland Road)
• John Willcock Link
• Wubin-Mullewa Road
• Geraldton-Walkaway Road (or commonly known as Edward Road)
