Land Development

The City’s land development specifications apply to the design and construction of all works relating to the subdivision and development of land for residential purposes; and roadworks generally within the City of Greater Geraldton.

The specifications are the minimum standards applicable for the design and construction of roads, drainage, pathways and public open space and sets out requirements for soil stabilisation. They have been issued as guidelines for Developers, Engineering Consultants and Contractors.
