There are a number of volunteer groups that take part in a variety of environmental activities and awareness raising. If you would like to get involved and help protect our local environment please contact them to find out more.

Chapman River Friends

Chapman River Friends (CRF) are a group of volunteers who help in the rehabilitation of the Chapman River Regional Park.

CRF have developed a flora app to easily identify wildflowers in the Park. The 'CRFwildflowers' app is available in your App store. A hardcopy booklet of the wildflower ID brochure can also be purchased from the Geraldton Visitor Centre and Museum of Geraldton.

Birdlife Midwest-Geraldton is a regional branch of BirdLife WA. Members enjoy bird watching excursions and are active in various citizen science projects as well as community education throughout Midwest Australia.
