Strathalbyn footpath works

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise it will be constructing new footpaths on the following streets:

• River Valley Road
• Honeysuckle Boulevard

Works are scheduled to begin the week of Monday 10 March 2025 and will take approximately four weeks to complete.

These works are part of the City’s 2024/25 Footpath Program which will see more than 3400m of footpaths built new or renewed.

Construction of these footpaths are 90% funded by the Australian Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure Program.

The anticipated hours of construction will be between 7am and 6pm with traffic management in place during these times.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.

The City appreciates your patience while these works are being completed.

These works align with the Environment pillar in the City’s Strategic Community Plan and reflect the organisation’s commitment to a City that is planned, managed and maintained to provide for environmental and community wellbeing.
