Night roadworks in Wonthella

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise that road rehabilitation and resurfacing works to the west bound lanes of Place Road between the North West Coastal Highway and Cassin Place will be undertaken as night works commencing on Monday 10 February 2025.

The works, which will take approximately seven nights to complete, will take place between 6pm and 7am.

These works, valued at $450,000, are 66% funded by the Main Roads WA Regional Road Group and are also part of the City’s 2024/25 Road Renewal Program which will see more than 25kms of roads resurfaced or resealed.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.
