Geraldton CBD road works

The City of Greater Geraldton wishes to advise it will be upgrading the shoulder island along Durlacher Street between George Road and Maitland Street in the Geraldton CBD.

Works are scheduled to begin on Tuesday 28 January 2025 and will take approximately three days to complete.

To ensure community safety a lane closure for all CBD outbound traffic will be in place at the works area.

The anticipated hours of construction will be between 7am and 6pm with traffic management in place during these times.

These works are part of the City’s 2024/25 Footpath Program which will see more than 3400m of footpaths built new or renewed.

Members of the community are requested to exercise caution and obey all warning signs and directions from authorised City personnel and contractors.
