Invitation to Comment - Private Right of Way Closure (Closed)

Pursuant to Section 52 of the Land Administration Act 1997 (as amended) notice is hereby given that an application has been lodged with the City of Greater Geraldton to close and dispose of the private right of way known as Lot 66 Gertrude Street, Geraldton.
The purpose of the proposed closure is to amalgamate the land with the adjoining lots.

Any submissions on this proposal must be made in writing and must be lodged with the undersigned on or before Monday 2 July 2018.
This proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
