Local Planning Scheme No. 1 – Amendment No. 11 (Closed)

The City of Greater Geraldton has resolved to initiate the above scheme amendment which is now available for public inspection and comment.
The purpose of the Scheme Amendment is to:
- Rezone the portion of the former railway reserve (Lot 501) from North West Costal Highway to Place Road, Webberton from ‘Railways’ local scheme reserve to the ‘Light Industry’ zone.
- Rezone the portion of the former railway reserve from Place Road, Wonthella to Eastward Road, Utakarra from ‘Railways’ local scheme reserve to ‘District Distributor Road’ and ‘Public Open Space’ local scheme reserves.
A full copy of the scheme amendment report is also available for inspection during office hours at the Geraldton Civic Centre, Cathedral Avenue, Geraldton.
Submissions on the scheme amendment may be made in writing on the enclosed submission form and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Greater Geraldton on or before Tuesday 15 December 2020.
