Lodge a Development Application

You can lodge your development application in three ways:

1. In Person
   Come into the City of Greater Geraldton Civic Centre at:
   • 63 Cathedral Place, Geraldton between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, or
   • the Mullewa District Office on the corner of Thomas and Padbury Streets, Mullewa between 8:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday, and lodge a hard copy of your application documentation with a member of our Customer Experience Team.
2. By Mail
   Send a copy of your development application by mail, addressed to:
   Chief Executive Officer
   City of Greater Geraldton
   PO Box 101
   Geraldton WA 6531
3. By Email
   Email a copy of your development application to council@cgg.wa.gov.au.
   If your application file size is above 15mb you can use the City's Client File Upload system to send large files. To use this system you must have a valid authorization code from the City.
   Contact the City’s Planning Team on (08) 9956 6903 or email BuildingA@cgg.wa.gov.au to request an authorisation code.
