Point Moore Lighthouse Tour
Past Event
Visit the base of Australia's tallest metal lighthouse, Point Moore, to learn about the lighthouse's history and the lives of the first lighthouse keepers.
Since it first began operating in 1878, this navigational aid has safely led sailors through outer reefs and into Champion Bay's safe anchorage.
Try out your singing voice and experience the reverberating sounds produced inside this tall "metal can."
Inside photos provide for interesting mementos to take home.
