About the position:

The City is currently implementing a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join the Team in a newly developed position to support SaaS applications.

You will provide support for in scope applications, including the logging, scheduling, and tracking of system changes into the production environment. You will be responsible for the administration of User Access, Permissions, and Delegations within the City's ERP system and, where applicable, systems integrated with the ERP.

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage standard and administrative account access, profiles, and permissions for in scope SaaS applications ensuring the principles of least privilege and need to know are adhered to.
  • Provide first line system support for incidents, prioritise remediation efforts, and take ownership until satisfactorily resolved.
  • Assist in the development of, and ensure adherence to, processes and standards in the use of in scope SaaS systems to maintain their confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Position requirements:

The City is seeking a self-motivated System Administrator with comprehensive experience supporting applications in an enterprise environment, including software as a service (SaaS), single sign on (SSO), and multi factor authentication (MFA). Ideally the successful applicant will possess a degree in Information Technology and relevant experience or lesser qualification with significant experience. Comprehensive experience supporting applications in an enterprise environment is a must, and demonstrated experience utilising ITIL operational support processes within a service desk are highly regarded.

Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.

Remuneration and benefits:

A salary ranging from $84,883 per annum or $42.9568 per hour to $95,424 per annum or $48.2914 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
