Your attention is particularly drawn to the following aspects of the proposal;
- Landowner will remain the primary resident with the Bed & Breakfast being undertaken in the ancillary dwelling at the rear of the primary dwelling
Details of the proposal are available to the public at the Cathedral Avenue office, Geraldton. Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on Wednesday 31 July 2024. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that day.

The proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
