Spalding Precinct Plan

The City of Greater Geraldton partnered with the State Government Department of Communities to develop a precinct plan for the Spalding suburb. More here

The plan was informed by a series of community workshops held in December 2018 and February 2019.  The key vision of the Plan is to revitalise Spalding into an area that facilitates additional residential options whilst enhancing community facilities. It also aims to improve the connectivity and accessibility throughout Spalding, not only for vehicles but also to encourage safe streets, to encourage walking and cycling. Council adopted the Spalding Precinct Plan in November 2019.
