NOTICE OF PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT OF APPLICATION FOR DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL

 

It is hereby notified for public information and comment that the City has received an application for development approval relating to the proposal described hereunder:

Your attention is particularly drawn to the following aspects of the proposal:

·         The site has previously been used as a service station;

·         Proposal is to utilise a portion of the existing service station building footprint;

·         Proposal includes a Drive through coffee lane and window. Opening hours for the Drive through Coffee service will be 5:30am to 5:30pm.

 

Details of the proposal are available to the public at the Cathedral Avenue office, Geraldton during office hours. Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on  Friday, 11 March 2022.  Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that day.

The proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
