Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law (Closed)

It is intended to make a Public Places and Local Government Property Amendment Local Law.
The purpose of the local law is to amend the City of Greater Geraldton Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2020 to clarify its application to animals in or on local government property and to correct an incorrect reference to other legislation.
The effect is that the City of Greater Geraldton Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2020 is amended.
The proposed local Law may be inspected or obtained via the City website https://www.cgg.wa.gov.au/ , from City Offices during normal office hours, or by request, email to council@cgg.wa.gov.au, or telephone 08 9956 6600.
Submissions may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, City of Greater Geraldton 63 Cathedral Ave, Geraldton, Mullewa Office cnr Thomas and Padbury Street Mullewa, Geraldton during office hours or by mail to City of Greater Geraldton , PO Box 101 Geraldton WA 6531, by no later than 4pm, 15 October 2021.
