ADVERTISING OF PROPOSED STRUCTURE PLAN LOT 2349 GUARA DRIVE, SUNSET BEACH (RIVERSIDE ESTATE)
The City of Greater Geraldton has received the above structure plan for the purpose of facilitating residential development and establishing additional public open space over Lot 2349 Guara Drive, Sunset Beach.
A full copy of the structure plan along with the technical reports are available for inspection during office hours at the Geraldton Civic Centre, Cathedral Avenue, Geraldton.
Submissions on the structure plan may be made in writing via either email, hard copy letter, or on the enclosed submission form and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Greater Geraldton on or before Wednesday 19 June 2024.
Please note: The structure plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the structure plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the City of Greater Geraldton or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
