PROPOSED ACTIVITY CENTRE PLAN – LOT 55 CHAPMAN ROAD, GLENFIELD
The City of Greater Geraldton has received the above activity centre plan for the purpose of facilitating future development of the land for a limited range of service commercial purposes.
Submissions on the activity centre plan may be made in writing on the enclosed submission form and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer of the City of Greater Geraldton on or before Thursday 9 March 2017.
A full copy of the activity centre plan is also available for inspection during office hours at the Geraldton Civic Centre, Cathedral Avenue, Geraldton
Please note: The activity centre plan is being advertised to seek public comment on the proposal. The advertising of the activity centre plan does not indicate any formal support of the proposal by the City of Greater Geraldton or the Western Australian Planning Commission.
