LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 1 – AMENDMENT NO. 17.  COMMERCIAL REZONING, STRATHALBYN

The City of Greater Geraldton has resolved to initiate the above scheme amendment which is now available for public inspection and comment. 

The purpose of the Scheme Amendment is to rezone Lot 156 (No. 331) Place Road, Strathalbyn from ‘Residential R5’ to ‘Commercial’ zone.

A hard copy of the plans and documents are also available for inspection at the City of Greater Geraldton Cathedral Avenue office during business hours.

Submissions on the planning scheme amendment may be lodged in writing and should include the amendment number, the name and address of the person making the submission, the property affected and details of the submission and lodged on or before Friday 23 July 2021.
