CITY OF GREATER GERALDTON PLANNING SCHEME No. 1
Notice is hereby given that the City of Greater Geraldton has received an application to use and/or develop land for the purpose described hereunder:
Land Description: Lot 6 (No.38) Cairncross Street, Beresford.
Proposal: Community Purpose (Care for Community Aged - Bethanie Care Centre)
The proposal is also available for inspection during office hours at the Cathedral Avenue office, Geraldton.

Submissions may be made on the proposal until Wednesday 9 June 2021. .
Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that day. The proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
