- The use Tavern is also proposed however this component of the Development Application is not subject to advertising.
Details of the proposal are available to the public at the Cathedral Avenue office, Geraldton and on the City’s website (http://www.cgg.wa.gov.au/consultations). Submissions may be made on the proposal in the period ending on 26 May 2023. Comments on the proposal may be submitted to the local government in writing on or before that day.

The proposal is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
