RFT 2425 07 Alterations and Refurbishment of 35 Mills St Mullewa

The City of Greater Geraldton invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to refurbish the existing double brick cavity wall and tiled roof house at 35 Mills Street (aka 5 Elder St) Mullewa. A non-mandatory site inspection will be held at 12:00pm Monday 5 August 2024 with notification of intention to attend the site inspection required by 12:00pm Friday 2 August 2024.

Specifications, criteria and documentation may be obtained electronically from the City’s Tenderlink portal https://portal.tenderlink.com/cgg  after 8:00 am Saturday 27^th July 2024.

Tenders must be submitted to the relevant electronic tender box via the City’s Tenderlink electronic Portal, https://portal.tenderlink.com/cgg .

The time and date of final tender submission is 12:00PM (WST) Friday 23^rd August 2024.

Canvassing of any City of Greater Geraldton councillors or officers will disqualify submissions.
