If you do not have a current Work Health and Safety Action Plan, you can download a template from the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety website. The City requires all applicants to demonstrate how they will operate safely, via such a plan.

All insurances are your own responsibility. No claims are to be made against the Council and/or its employees or official volunteers of the City.

Single-use plastics plates, bowls, cups, cutlery, stirrers, straws, thick plastic bags, takeaway polystyrene food containers and helium balloon releases are not to be used in order to comply with WA’s Plan for Plastics.

Submitting this form does not guarantee a place at all of the dates you have ticked. Further information will be provided to you once your EOI is received.
